weight portion of Sparta challenge wk5, workout 4

(30 minutes elliptical, 3.2 miles), then circuit:

Supine Overhead Tate Press  2×35#  6/7/8

Alternating Dumbell Curls   2×35#   11/11/11ct

Triceps Extensions   80#   15/15/15

Concentration Curls  35#   10/10/10/arm

Military Presses  80#  15/15/15

Barbell Curls-21’s   60#   21/21/21

* I am mixing up the order of the workouts this week, mostly out of wanting some variety.  Some of the exercises are new, though, so it has brought some much-needed freshness to what I’d been doing.
